Acceptance of these terms

By accessing Mockupidea, creating an account, or downloading a resource, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must be legally able to enter into these terms; minors should use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Ownership and resource license

Mockupidea owns the original mockup files, preview images, website design, and written material it publishes, except for third-party trademarks or user-submitted material. Downloading a file gives you a license to use it; it does not transfer ownership of the source file.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, share, republish, or redistribute editable Mockupidea source files.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original mockup resource.
• Bypass download controls, access restricted areas without authorization, or interfere with website security.
• Use automated systems in a way that disrupts the service or places unreasonable load on it.
• Use the service or resources for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity.

User submissions

You retain ownership of designs, comments, feedback, and other material you submit. You grant Mockupidea the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and review that material to provide and improve the requested service. Do not submit material you do not have the right to use.

Availability and changes

We may update, replace, or remove resources and features, perform maintenance, or change these terms. We aim to keep downloads available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by the updated date on this page.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service and resources are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Mockupidea disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms. Provisions concerning ownership, licensing restrictions, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
