Mockupidea Resource License

License grant

Mockupidea creates and owns the downloadable mockup resources published on this website. When you download a resource, Mockupidea grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use and modify that resource in personal and commercial projects, subject to the restrictions below.

The source file remains the intellectual property of Mockupidea. This license gives you permission to use it; it does not transfer ownership or authorship of the original resource.

Permitted uses

You may:

• Insert your own artwork, branding, text, photographs, or product designs into the mockup.
• Use the resulting images in client work, portfolios, websites, online stores, presentations, social media, advertising, print, video, and other finished creative projects.
• Modify colors, lighting, backgrounds, composition, and other editable elements to suit your project.
• Use a resource in multiple personal or commercial projects.
• Provide flattened or rendered final images to clients and collaborators.

Attribution is appreciated but not required.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Sell, sublicense, share, upload, republish, or redistribute the original or modified editable source file.
• Offer a Mockupidea resource through a stock marketplace, template marketplace, file-sharing service, download directory, bundle, or competing resource library.
• Make the source layers or editable file available to a client or another person as a reusable template. They should obtain their own copy from Mockupidea.
• Claim that you created or own the original Mockupidea resource.
• Use a resource in unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or rights-infringing material.
• Use third-party names, logos, or trademarks shown in demonstration artwork in a way that implies endorsement or ownership.

Ownership and terms

This license applies only to resources expressly published for download by Mockupidea. Your own artwork and branding remain yours. Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

The license terminates automatically if you materially breach these conditions. If that happens, you must stop distributing new work made from the affected source file and remove any unauthorized copies of it.

Resources are provided on an “as available” basis. We work to provide reliable, organized files, but compatibility can vary by software version. To the extent permitted by law, Mockupidea is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of a resource.
